The dramatic Wang Chhu and Paro Chhu River valleys, before crossing through Paro Town towards the north end of the valley. On arrival at Paro check in to the hotel you will. Later in the day after checking into hotel, proceed to visit Ta Dzong, originally built as Watchtower, which now houses National Museum. The extensive collection includes antique thangkha paintings, textiles, weapons & armour, household objects and a rich assortment of natural and historic artifacts. Then walk down the trail to visit Rinpung Dzong, meaning (“fortress of the heap of jewels”), which has a long and fascinating history. Along the wooden galleries lining the inner courtyard are fine wall paintings illustrating Buddhist lore such as four friends, the old man of long life, the wheel of life, scenes from the life of Milarepa, Mount. Sumeru and other cosmic Mandala.

Start your ride and set off for Sham Valley. The first stop will be the Hall of Fame, a museum constructed by the Indian Army, a must-visit for every Indian. Proceed to Gurudwara Patthar Sahib, nestled deep in the Himalayas at an altitude of 3,600 meters, about 22 km from Leh, built in memory of Guru Nanak Dev Ji. Next, visit Magnetic Hill, which appears to defy gravity. Continue towards Sangam, the confluence of the Indus and Zanskar Rivers, a breathtaking sight where the two rivers merge. Later, visit Leh Palace and Shanti Stupa, offering a panoramic view of Leh city and the surrounding snow-capped mountains.
THE PANGONG LAKE : Pangong Lake, situated at 14,000 feet (4,267 M). A long narrow basin of inland drainage, hardly six to seven kilometers at its widest point to which foreigners are permitted, is only some seven km along the southern shore from the head of the lake, but it affords spectacular views of the mountains of the Changchenmo range to the north, their reflection shimmering in the ever-changing blues and greens of the lakes brackish water. Above Spangmik are the glacier and snow-capped peaks of the Pangong range.
khardungla pass: The road journey to Nubra valley leads through Khardung La pass (The highest Motorable road in the world) 18,390 ft. around 39 Kms. Away from Leh. There are two checkpoints on the both sides of the pass. Khardong is the first village of Nubra valley at higher altitude than Deskit and other villages.
Umlingla Pass (19,024 ft), the highest motorable pass in the world. Enjoy the breathtaking views before continuing towards Demchok, the last Indian village on the India-China border. Here, you will be very close to Mount Kailash and Mansarovar Lake. You may also take a dip in the Demchok Sulphur Hot Water Spring. Return to Koyul in the evening for a bonfire and dinner. Overnight stay at Koyul.
